- If you have an article in HeinOnline, a basic version of your profile already exists. To maximize the functionality of the profile it needs to be enhanced.
- Enhancements include setting your affiliation to Mercer, adding a title, and uploading a photo.
- Check your profile from the Author Profiles for Mercer Law list for links or specific information.
- Before you can enhance your profile or make changes, you need to create a MyHein account
- Go to the HeinOnline.
- Look for the MyHein link in the upper right side of the screen. Select "Create an account"
- You'll receive an email to confirm your username and password.
- After establishing your MyHein account, use "Author Profile Admin" to make changes.
- Add your ORCID ID
- Connect your ORCID ID and authorize HeinOnline to fully integrate with ORCID.

- ScholarCheck Quick Reference Guide
- The ScholarRank tool lists the top 50 articles and the top 250 authors based on the number of times they have been cited by other articles in HeinOnline. All cited-by numbers are updated on a monthly basis.
