An Atlanta native, Professor Senn has enjoyed teaching law students since 2004.  Before joining the Mercer Law faculty, he held the Janet Mary Riley Distinguished Professorship at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and was a visiting professor at Tulane Law School.  He teaches and writes in the areas of employment & discrimination law, labor law, and contracts. 

Prior to becoming a teacher, Professor Senn was a labor and employment litigator in Atlanta for almost ten years, including over six years with Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice (now Womble Bond Dickinson).  He earned his J.D. degree with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he served as an Articles Editor for the North Carolina Journal of International Law.  He earned his Bachelor’s degree summa cum laude from the University of Georgia, where he majored in philosophy and finished as a First Honor Graduate with a 4.0 GPA. 

Professor Senn has published ten articles in the flagship law reviews at UCLA, Florida, Alabama, Iowa, Fordham, Florida State, Tulane, Cardozo, Missouri, and Baylor.  He has also been a member of the State Bar of Georgia since 1995 and is admitted to practice before all Georgia courts (state and federal) and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
