Business Associations Resources: Introduction

Organizations

Look for an association associated with your industry. They often have useful resources like surveys and annual reports about the industry.

Drafting Tools, Forms, & Other Practitioner Resources

Our three subscription research services have so much more than the materials you learned about in ILR. I've chosen just a couple of resources from each service.

Brief Analysis

Upload a brief, the tool analyzes the authorities cited in the brief, and then suggests relevant content not cited in the brief. But don't take the word brief literally. Any document with citations can be uploaded, a memo, an explanatory note to your supervisor or a client. Use it to expand your research in the early stages and as a check when you're finalizing.

Georgetown Law Library Research Guides

Hands down Georgetown has the best collection of research guides. Not all of the resources included in their guides will be available at Mercer Law but they are a good place to start.
