Professor Sneirson is a graduate of Williams College and the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Following a judicial clerkship in federal district court in New Jersey, he practiced at the New York law firm of Willkie Farr & Gallagher. He began his teaching career in 2000 and has held appointments at Willamette University, the University of Oregon, the University of Florida, Hofstra University, and Savannah Law School. Professor Sneirson’s scholarship focuses on corporate law fiduciary duties, particularly as they relate to sustainability, and has appeared in the Iowa Law Review, the Wisconsin Law Review, and the peer-reviewed Corporate Practice Commentator. Outside the classroom, his interests include jazz, zymurgy, and cooking; he has also crossed the United States by bicycle.
