The Eleventh Circuit Survey Edition is composed of survey articles and special contributions written by professors, practitioners, and judges who are recognized as authorities in their respective fields. To apprise lawyers in the Eleventh Circuit of developments in as many areas of federal law as feasible, the Eleventh Circuit Survey chronicles the evolution of federal law from January 1 through December 31. Eleventh Circuit Survey is published in the Summer of each year.
