The Annual Survey of Georgia Law Edition is composed of survey articles and special contributions written by professors, practitioners, and judges who are recognized as authorities in their respective fields. To apprise Georgia lawyers of developments in as many areas of Georgia law as feasible, the Georgia Survey chronicles the evolution of Georgia law from June 1 through May 31. Georgia Survey is published in the Fall of each year.
