Students & Faculty,
The law library will continue to be “open” during regular business hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm. Students & Faculty have “bear card” access after 5:00pm (you must have your “bear card”). After regular hours, students and faculty will have access to the Library’s electronic resources from our webpage. We will be offering research assistance by email (reference@law.mercer.edu) OR telephone at 478-301-2334. We can arrange Zoom meetings by appointment for in-depth research assistance if necessary.
West Academic has made their casebooks available to students and faculty in electronic format at no cost. You can arrange for access to their resources by calling them at 877-888-1330. Wolters Kluwer (Aspen) Publishing is also making their e-casebooks available at no cost but their information will not be available until later this week. We have also reached out to Carolina Press and the Bluebook to see if they can make the same arrangement. When we hear back from these publishers, we will let you know.
If you need material that is not available in the library’s electronic collections, we will make every effort to obtain a digital copy for you or find a suitable substitute.
If you need a PDF – Articles, Cases, Chapters, and Casebook Chapters (Anything):
CONTACT YOUR LIASION AT THEIR OFFICE, PHONE, OR REFERENCE DESK.
